Scot was released from the Travis County Correctional Facility in Austin, Tx on 6 or 7 August 2012. He has already contacted (2) individuals he has previously scammed requesting money. Scot has no money, no transportation, no shelter, no food and no creditability. He is begging for money from individuals who’s life he has ruined. I will update you as I learn more.
Scot Elliott was transported to the Williamson County Jail, Georgetown, Tx on Monday, 02/27/2012.

They have now moved him to the Harris County Jail in Houston, Texas.
He is in the lock up at the Houston Texas City jail as of 4 pm on Feb. 16, 2012.
No bail because he is a flight risk.
If you need to press charges against him look up the Houston Texas City jail before they send him to Austin Texas.
Found out that the tanks he sold to D & K Tanks and never delivered on and never returned their deposit to them have been sold to some one in New York. And the tanks are missing from their location.
How can people do this to other people.
Some day, some how, this man will be brought to justice.

The Industrial Auctioneers Association has been emailed about his doings and to watch out for him at auctions.
The word has been emailed to many many auctioneers, many demolition company’s and riggers around the country. They have all put him into their database to be watched out for.
We have contacted the FBI in Indianapolis, Indiana about his doings.
Not much can be done since he just stays under the wire for the amount he scams from people.
They said to contact the BBB and see what they can do.
Or we can contact our local legal council and have them sue him for Breach of Contract.
That would do no good as Scot Elliott does not honor any of his contracts.
He will slip up some day we will find him.
Below is the last known truck he was driving.
D & K Tanks in Robinson Illinois was taken by this man also.
They put a deposit down of $39,700.00 to purchase 5 – 30,000 gallon tanks in Surgoinsville, TN.
The owner flew down to inspect, looked great and the deposit was wire transfered to SCOT ELLIOTT’s bank.

Here is a statement form the trucking company who went and tried to pick up the tanks.
December 7, 2011
“We were hired by D&K Tanks to send 6 tractor/trailers to Surgoinsville, TN to pick-up tanks and move them to Robinson,IL for delivery on 11-09-2011. The trucks were enroute when we recieved a call from Scot to stop all trucks as there was a problem with getting the tanks. We were informed by Scot that there was a problem at the pick-up location and tanks could not be loaded. We contacted D&K and was told to cancel the 6 trucks for loading. We still had to compensate the companys we hired to help us with this job costing D & K Tanks $7500.00.

Now we are out the $7,500.00 for transportation costs to Surgoinsville, TN.
He says that the new owner of the plant put a mechanics lein on the tanks.
We asked for a refund on November 15, 2011. He has given the owner of D & K Tanks every possible answer to why he can not send the money.
So we are out $47,200.00.
He hired
R.H. Marlin Crane Co., of Indianapolis, Indiana
They did about 3 days work around October 25, 2011. And he slid away as usual and left the crane company holding the bag.
Scammed them for about $15,000.00
